Currently, our team consists of Harvey and Alison Shultz, and Rick Gustafson.

Harvey was born and raised in Bottineau. He joined the Army in 1981, the Army National Guard in 1984 and returned to Bottineau in 2004, where he recruited for the college, coached baseball, became an auto salesman, and worked in construction.  He received his real estate license in 2018, and thereafter had the privilege of working with two different brokerages which laid the groundwork for opening a new local brokerage in Bottineau.  He is a board member for the Bottineau Chamber of Commerce and the DCB Logrollers.    

Alison was born and raised in Rolette. She attended college in Bottineau and Minot. She was elected Rolette County Treasurer where she served for 12 years. She later worked at State Bank Bottineau. She received her real estate license in 2022 and is currently employed at Bottineau County Abstract.

 Harvey and Alison love spending time with the grandkids, attending church, walking in the Turtle Mountains, going to Hartley Lake on weekends and they look forward to helping you find a home or sell your current home or properties.

Rick Gustafson has lived in the Bottineau community for over 25 years and has been assisting businesses with their marketing and promotion via radio sales and management. He has been active in the community in many ways, including president of the Chamber of Commerce and a member of the SMP St. Andrews Hospital board. He knows the area including the Turtle Mountains and Lake Metigoshe. His experience in customer service and business management is a strong asset to BAT Realty.
