Broker and team leader, Harvey Shultz, was born in Bottineau, grew up in the Turtle Mountain area and appreciates what it means to have country roads to drive on, ample wildlife, several lakes to enjoy with a campfire and the value of raising a family in a small North Dakota community.  He joined the Army and Army National Guard to see the world and experienced the importance of teamwork and values such as accountability, duty, honor, loyalty confidentiality and respect.  Harvey has been a realtor for 6 years and is now a Broker and decided he wanted to be the best he can be by serving this area with his Bottineau Area Team.  Harvey is a member of the Bottineau Chamber of Commerce, Dakota College at Bottineau Logrollers and the American Legion.

Alison Shultz was born and raised in Rolette, attended college in Bottineau and Minot, was elected Rolette County treasurer where she served for 12 years, worked at State Bank Bottineau, became a realtor in 2022 and is currently employed at Bottineau County Abstract.

Staff member Rick Gustafson has been a resident of the beautiful Turtle Mountains area for 26 years.  He is a transplanted Minnesotan and really enjoys the 4 seasons playground. He is the Market Manager for Sunny 101.9 Radio Station.  His many years of experience in marketing, sales, management, computer technology and drone operation as well as his involvement in  the community as a long time board member of the Bottineau Chamber, advisor to Dakota College at Bottineau and member of the hospital board helps him serve the community and stay abreast of local trends providing a strong asset to Bottineau Area Team  Realty.
